SunLedger holds your pipeline, your quotes and your customers’ names, addresses and meter numbers. Here is how we look after all of it, in plain words.
Google approved our Gmail connection after an independent security assessment, and Meta approved our app for Facebook lead ads through its app review.
Every company’s records are kept completely separate from every other business. Another business on SunLedger can’t see a single row of yours.
Roles and screens per person, so an agent can see only the jobs assigned to them while owners and team leaders see the whole business.
Passwords are stored hashed, never readable. You can turn on two-step sign-in with a code by email, or sign in with Face ID or Touch ID on your own device, and repeated failed attempts are refused and logged.
The logins you connect, for Nearmap, your STC trader or an inverter cloud, are encrypted before they’re stored, and everything travels over an encrypted connection.
We read your email from Gmail or Outlook as you open it and never store the messages. A short, encrypted list of recent ones keeps your inbox quick, and disconnecting cancels our access with Google, not just on our side.
SiRe works only when you ask her to, sends just what that task needs, and none of it is used to train AI models. We don’t sell your data or advertise against it.
Your data is backed up daily and can be restored to a point in time, so a bad day on our side doesn’t become a bad day on yours.
Ask us to remove your company’s data, or one customer’s, and it goes. The steps are on our data deletion page.
Put a real lead through: design the roof, send the proposal, watch it come back signed.
